Your right to join a union
The right to join a union is protected by UK law and an employer cannot discriminate against you for joining one.
How much does it cost?
UNISON membership costs less than you might think – rates start at just £1.30 a month. How much you pay for your UNISON membership depends on how much you earn. But all our members get the same representation, support and benefits.
